1. Purpose and parties
These terms set the conditions for using Hardi AI (the desktop app, mobile app, workspace servers, admin console and website) provided by Deviantce (the company). The company's representative is Bin Heo, and its address is 401, 8-11 Baekjegobun-ro 41-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul 05621, Republic of Korea.
These terms apply once you install the app and create or join a workspace.
2. The service
Hardi AI is a workspace where people and AI agents work together. It provides messages, documents, boards, tasks, calendars, knowledge search and connections to outside services.
The agent engine ships inside the app and runs on your computer; the workspace server keeps what your team shares.
The installers distributed today are test builds. Test builds for some platforms are not code-signed. Features and screens may change or be removed.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Your identity in Hardi AI is a key created on each device. Whoever creates a workspace becomes its owner, and others join by invitation. What you can do depends on your role (owner, admin, member, guest).
You must keep your devices and invite links secure. If you lose a device, tell your workspace admin so the device can be revoked.
When a company or organization runs a workspace, that organization manages settings such as invitations, roles and retention periods, and is responsible for giving its members any required notices and obtaining their consent.
4. Fees
Hardi AI is free for a workspace with one person ("Solo") and for a workspace with two or more people that has not paid ("Team Free"). Team Free has limits. Conversation history covers the latest 60 days, each person can have 5 agents, and a workspace can have up to 3 projects, 3 routines, 1 team board and 3 connectors; guest invitations and organization management features are not available. The Team plan is paid and does not have these limits.
Charges for the AI models your agents use are set between you and the model provider you connected.
The Team plan costs US$20 per seat per month; in the Republic of Korea it is ₩29,700 per seat per month including VAT (₩27,000 before VAT). The minimum purchase is 2 seats. A seat is one person who belongs to the workspace as owner, admin or member; agents do not use seats. A single-channel guest does not use a seat, up to 5 such guests per seat; a multi-channel guest uses one seat. Outside Korea, depending on the country you pay from, tax is either included in the price or added to it and the currency may differ; the exact amount is shown before you pay. The prices in effect are on the pricing page.
A paid plan is charged only when the workspace owner pays or accepts a quote. Nothing is charged automatically because more people joined.
Card payment is a monthly subscription. The first month is charged on the day you pay, and the subscription renews automatically every month on the same terms until you cancel. Card payment is not open yet. It will open soon.
Our online order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. When you pay by card, Paddle's buyer terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply.
If you need a Korean tax invoice, ask the contact in section 14 for a quote. In that case the company sells to you directly. You pay 12 months at once by bank transfer and the company issues an electronic tax invoice. This payment does not renew automatically; if it is not paid again when the period ends, the workspace returns to Team Free.
The owner can add or remove seats. Added seats are charged right away for the rest of the current period, in proportion to the days left. Removed seats take effect from the next billing period, and the remaining period of a removed seat is not refunded. Seats cannot go below the minimum of 2. If you paid by tax invoice, ask the contact to add seats.
The owner can cancel at any time. After cancelling you keep the Team plan until the end of the period already paid for; nothing more is charged after that and the workspace returns to Team Free. Workspace data is not deleted. How to cancel is in the Refund Policy.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If you ask within 7 days of a payment, the full amount is refunded. After that, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and on request the unused days are refunded in proportion. The Refund Policy is linked at the bottom of every page of this website.
If we raise a price, we announce it 30 days before it applies, and a workspace that is already paying is charged the new price only if its owner agrees. The Korean won price is reviewed every six months against the exchange rate; a change applies to workspaces that start paying after it.
5. Your content
Rights in the messages, files, documents and other content you upload or create stay with you (or with the organization that runs the workspace).
We use content only as needed to provide the service: storing, transmitting, displaying and indexing it for search.
However, when someone reports a message, the company may open that one reported message to judge whether it breaks these terms or the law, while the report is being handled and for 30 days after it is closed. Each opening is recorded, and the person reported is not told who made the report.
Also, when a workspace admin turns on 'Help improve Hardi', the company may see that workspace's agent role descriptions, the names of its tasks, calendar events and routines, and its wiki page titles to improve the service. The bodies of messages, files and documents are not included. Once it is turned off nothing more is received, and what was received is deleted within 30 days. Each time one of the company's operators looks, it is recorded.
Upload only content you have the right to upload, and obtain any required consent before uploading other people's personal information.
Workspace owners can receive the workspace's data as a signed full export.
6. AI agents and their output
Agent answers and output are produced by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Check them yourself before relying on them for important decisions.
Agents run on your computer through the model account you connected. You must follow that model provider's terms.
Some actions, such as writing to an outside service, ask for your confirmation before they run. What an agent does within the permission you gave or the action you approved is treated as done at your direction.
We do not train AI models on your content.
7. Outside services
When you connect outside services such as Google, Slack, GitHub or Notion, their terms and policies also apply. We cannot control problems caused when an outside service stops or changes.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Break the law or infringe other people's rights (copyright, privacy, reputation and so on)
- Spread malware, or access the service or other users' devices without permission
- Use someone else's device, account or invite link
- Place excessive load on the service or bypass its security measures
- Send or post spam or illegal content
- Use agents to do any of the above
Open source components included in the app are governed first by their own licenses. The notices are in the app under Settings > About.
9. Changes to and suspension of the service
We may fix, change or stop the service. We will give advance notice on this website of changes or suspensions that matter to you.
10. Restriction and termination
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. Until the app has a workspace deletion feature, request workspace deletion through the contact below.
If you breach these terms, we may restrict your use or revoke your devices.
11. Limitation of liability
Test builds are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that the service will run without interruption or errors.
Unless we act intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the service or for the results of decisions made on unchecked AI output. Where applicable law provides otherwise, the law applies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the effective date and what changes on this page.
Effective date: October 14, 2026
